Bicycle technology has changed over the last 10 years and with it so has the complexity of bicycle service. Electronic shifting, hydraulic disc brakes, tubeless tires, electric motors, front and rear suspension - we are here to help. We service all makes and models.
Jeff is a certified Bicycle Mechanic and degreed Mechanical Engineer who has worked in Design, Test, Repair, and Quality for over 15 years in fast paced production environments. He knows how to work efficiently and solve problems correctly, the first time.
Proactive servicing of your bicycles ensures your bike is always ready to ride. This works well for a number of reasons:
During our initial service, we log every detail of your bicycle - make, model, size, and details of every component.
Knowing every detail of your bicycle allows us to be extremely efficient during future service needs because we know exactly what you will need and when you will need it. This means service time is reduced to hours instead of days or even weeks.
With service time minimized, your bike is always ready when you are!
We provide Monthly/Quarterly/Bi-Annual/Annual Service Plans to keep your bike performing the best it possibly can every ride. For one flat fee all labor is included!
Need help sourcing replacement parts? We do that.
Want your bike to be as fast as possible? We do that too. Ultrasonic drivetrain cleaning, waxed chains, oversized pulleys - yes please! When you have done the work and you are ready to perform, we are here to make your bike as fast as possible.
Just finished a hard race and don’t want to clean and service your bike? We pick your bike up at the end of your race, clean it, inspect it and return it to you ready to ride.

Depending on how much and what type of bicycle you ride, this service could be annually, bi-annually, quarterly or monthly. Prices start at $100. Please contact us to review your specific bike and service needs.

Additional Services
Team PWA is a team that loves working on and riding bicycles located in Greenville, South Carolina. We use our skills and knowledge to make others better - on and off the bike. We work hard to bring our community together and make it better. We host weekly group rides and send out a weekly email that you don’t want to miss. If you are not on our email list, please text or email us and we will get you added.

Home Bike Repair
We recommend having a few products at home to help you keep your bike in excellent working condition between your annual tune-ups. We have an excellent selection of essential tools, lubricants and cleaning products, and quality work stands. Shop online and pickup your items for free on your next shop visit.
